Description:

The world in 2024. Oil consumption exceeds 90 million barrels a day. The developed countries recklessly waste energy and compete for the world's few remaining natural resources. The relentless exhaustion of the ever-dwindling oil wells and natural-gas deposits has had a major impact on nature and global atmospheric conditions alike, causing what is known as the "Era of Raging Storms". Now the final battle for the last oil reserves has begun, and it will be decided in Rakistan. In order to secure the much-needed oil for your country, you have to build different specialized base camps and from there set out to tap the contested oil resources in the Rakistan desert. However, commanders from other countries will not give up the valuable black gold easily and in order to defeat them, you will also have to adjust your tactics to the freak weather conditions in the area. Will you recklessly cause further massive environmental pollution or will you prefer an environmentally safe and future-oriented strategy?
